This exciting expansion brings Thomson’s unique blend of Laotian and American comfort food to downtown Kansas City, joining the original location in Overland Park’s Strang Hall.
Strang Chef Collective is a haven for local culinary talent, offering a platform for food entrepreneurs to showcase their skills and provide authentic, chef-driven experiences. The Lightwell location boasts two distinct food and beverage concepts within its 4,805 square feet, with inviting outdoor seating on bustling Main Street.
