Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ, a fast casual franchise, plans to expand its food truck presence in New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia, Arizona and Florida. Since first launching its food trucks in 2020, it provides hot dogs, pulled chicken and pork and brisket sandwiches, according to a press release.
“Our food trucks have been a game-changer for Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ, allowing us to bring our delicious offerings directly to our customers,” Samantha Rincione, CEO and co-founder at Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ, said in the release. “The popularity of our food trucks speaks to the strength of our brand and the quality of our products, and we’re thrilled to see them making waves across many states. We expect to add 10 to 15 trucks to the fleet this year.”
One of the food truck’s specialties is the Mac N Brisken Sandwich, a combination of brisket and mac n cheese. It is currently seeking franchisees for food trucks.
