Ice cream fans in east-central Florida’s beloved coastal town, Palm Bay, are celebrating this month thanks to a new Ice Cream Hut franchise agreement just signed. The newest store, located in Brevard County, was purchased by Tony and Pattie Gervasini.
“We are thrilled to bring the delicious offerings of Ice Cream Hut to Palm Bay with Tony and Pattie at the helm. This team is well qualified and they are passionate about the brand. I have no doubt that the community will long cherish this location as a must-have for people of all ages,” stated COO Ron Ramsey.
In addition to this latest Palm Bay location, the Sunshine State is home to a total of five Ice Cream Huts — one in Viera, one in Rockledge, one on Merritt Island, and one on Cocoa Beach.
Founded in 2016, Ice Cream Hut launched its franchise model last year and quickly gained popularity, expanding to multiple locations across east-central Florida. The decision to open in Palm Bay was a natural step in the company’s expansion plan, said Ramsey, as they work to be accessible to more customers.
The Palm Bay location will feature all the signature flavors that have made Ice Cream Hut “The Best Ice Cream Around”, including classics like chocolate and vanilla, alongside unique and creative options that cater to a wide range of tastes. The company offers Amish-made delicious flavors, such as Chocolate Peanut Butter, which features a rich chocolate, miniature peanut butter cups, and peanut butter swirl, or the Butterscotch Explosion, consisting of mouthwatering salted caramel, chocolate sandwich cookies, miniature peanut butter cups, brownies, and heath bits. Dairy-free and sugar-free menu items are also available.
