Just Love Coffee, a rapidly expanding franchise craft beverage company based in Brentwood, Tennessee, is expanding its footprint with the grand opening of its first location in Knoxville on Saturday, October 28.
Located downtown at 1710 Cumberland Avenue, General Manager Alexander Beasley said the café features an all-day breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu in addition to premium coffees. The location at “The Strip” is the first of three stores planned in Knoxville. He noted that a percentage of sales from the restaurant’s hand roasted Spectrum coffee will be donated to Autism Breakthrough.
“Autism Breakthrough in Knoxville is close to our hearts because it is a method that has helped families and individuals with developmental disabilities throughout the world,” he said. “The Spectrum blend is just one of our popular cause coffees that enable our customers to support people and organizations that need a helping hand.”
Beasley, a restaurant veteran who spent many years at Cracker Barrel, said he was attracted to Just Love Coffee because of the company’s core values and culture. “Just Love Coffee is committed to being a catalyst for love,” he added. “Their commitment to being involved and helping the communities they serve is simply amazing. Our Knoxville locations will be actively involved with community outreach, and I am looking forward to partnering with like-minded organizations in the area.”
Customers who have dropped by to check out the café have often been surprised to learn there is an all-day menu that serves up breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast includes biscuits, burritos, avocado toast, artisan waffles, and a Bacon Tater. For lunch and dinner, the menu offers grilled chicken wraps, a Roast Beef & Cheddar Melt, Chicken Quesadillas, fresh salads, soups, and more.
