As we head into cooler temperatures and the bustling holiday season, Tender Greens is adding healthful, warming dishes to its menu. Committed to using sustainably sourced ingredients, Tender Greens invites its guests to savor the season’s flavors while enjoying a nourishing meal.

The seasonal menu is now available at all Tender Greens locations through the end of the year, featuring thoughtfully crafted dishes such as:

The California Bowl – roasted butternut squash salsa, brown rice, cabbage slaw, queso fresco, pepitas, lime crema

Blue Zone Bowl – slow-cooked black lentils with fennel & dried pears, roasted rainbow cauliflower, and purple potatoes, arugula salad with pecorino cheese, smoked paprika lebni

Harvest Chicken Salad – roasted delicata squash, bosc pears, grapes, pepitas, Laura Chenel goat cheese, caramelized onions, baby lettuces, golden balsamic vinaigrette

Short Rib Dinner – braised beef short rib, mashed potatoes, red wine shallot sauce, citrus gremolata, and grilled broccolini

Bolognese Pasta – slow-cooked pork bolognese, fusilli pasta, grated pecorino cheese, and Larder Bakery sourdough crostini
